The main statue is 不動明王 Fudo Myo-O.

It was originally called 薬師堂 Yakushi-Do Hall.
Not much information about this temple is found online.

In 1655, the Priest 盤珪国師 Bankei Kokushi gave it its present name.

A sign with the inscription 薬師禅院 Yakushi Zen-In

In the compound is a statue of 延命地蔵菩薩 Enmei Jizo Bosatsu for a long life.
