京都市上京区出水通千本入ル七番町西323の1 / Kyoto city, Kami-Kyo, Nanabancho

The main statue is 薬師如来 Yakushi Nyorai.
The statue is usually not shown, only on the first and 16th of each month
from 5 in the morning till 5 in the afternoon.
The statue was made by 利修仙人 Saint Rishu.

Fukushoji is a small temple on the Rakuyo Pilgrimage in Kyoto.

Once upon a time, the 観音様 Deity Kannon Sama from the Temple 福勝寺 Fukusho-Ji became angry about the Tengu.
The Tengu kneeled on the floor, placing both hands before him, and apologized.
Since then, the tegata 手形 hand prints of the Tengu are on the floor.
