The main statue is 薬師様 Yakushi Nyorai.

It was carved by 行基菩薩 Gyoki Bosatsu.

The temple was founded in 1624 by Priest 日逞大徳 Nittaku Daitoku from the temple 本行院 Hongyo-In.

Not much information about this temple is found online.

夜、清泉寺と浄福寺の間の川に鮎かけに出かけたら、絹を裂くような大勢の悲鳴が30分くらい続き、真昼のような明るさになり、再び暗くなると、また悲鳴が続いた。寺の間を霊が行ったり来たりしたのだろう。
