子安山 Koyasuzan 地蔵院 Jizoin 武尊寺 Buson-Ji 津市中河原481 / Mie, Tsu city, Nakagawara
The main statue is 子安地蔵菩薩 Koyasu Jizo Bosatsu to protect children.
It was prpbably made in the Kamakura period.

おん かかかび さんまえい そわか
The temple was founded in the Muromachi Period (1390 - 1573) by 良観和尚 Priest Ryokan.
Lord 乙部兵庫守 Otobe Hyogo no Kami built a castle and a temple to pray to Jizo Bosatsu for a safe childbirth of his wife.
Around 1540, 伊勢上野 Ise Ueno was annexed and the Temple Jizo-In was built.
The main hall had statues of 薬師如来 Yakushi Nyorai, 毘沙門天 Bishamon Ten, 聖観音 Sho-Kannon and others.
Many people come to the Jizo Hal for 八月地蔵盆 the Jizo Bon ritual in the eights lunar month.
In 1870, the Temple was lost to a huge flooding.
In the compound are two large goyomatsu 五葉松 pine trees (Pinus parviflora), one male and one female.
They might date back to the Kamakura period.
